- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and related technologies.
- Ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including global system integrators and cloud providers.
- Manage a team of Partner Sales Managers to accelerate revenue through partners.
- Work cross-functionally to enhance partner engagement and execution.
- Drive field execution while building a high-performing partner sales team.
