Qualification

  • Proven experience in partner sales leadership roles, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and related technologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective partnership strategies.
  • Experience managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partners, including global system integrators and cloud providers.
  • Manage a team of Partner Sales Managers to accelerate revenue through partners.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance partner engagement and execution.
  • Drive field execution while building a high-performing partner sales team.
