Qualification
- English qualified lawyer
- 4+ years post qualification experience
- Experience in commercial or technology law
- Background in private practice law firm or in-house with a technology company
- Familiarity with SaaS or technology Go-To-Market processes
Responsibility
- Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts
- Establish the legal function in the EMEA region under the Head of EMEA Legal
- Address various legal issues as they arise
- Support the Go-To-Market team in executing agreements efficiently
- Broaden legal expertise by taking on additional responsibilities as needed
