Qualification
- Proven track record in mid-market or enterprise software/SaaS sales, with experience selling AI-enabled solutions to legal or professional services (~preferred).
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and renewals.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with C-suite and other key decision-makers; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering to tailor AI solutions to customer needs and stay abreast of AI advancements.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and a strong ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies; track record of developing scalable plays and processes for repeatable success.
Responsibility
- Own your book of business by managing named accounts, prioritizing inbound leads, and proactively outbounding to high-potential prospects.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from prospecting to contracting, onboarding, expanding, and renewals.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key sales metrics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and mapping Harvey's AI solutions to their needs.
- Conduct high-velocity, tailored client evaluations including product demonstrations and presentations of Harvey's AI systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to stay updated on AI advancements and tailor solutions to client goals.
- Develop and iterate the sales playbook to enable scaling and document learnings for reuse across accounts.
- Travel as needed within the EMEA region to meet with customers and deliver value.
