The Director of Engineering Integrations will lead technical integrations across the pharmacy ecosystem, ensuring seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
Qualification
- Proven experience in leading technical integrations within the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
- Strong understanding of Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS), switch networks, and healthcare data standards.
- Experience with data architecture and infrastructure design, particularly in a HIPAA compliant environment.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar database technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end technical implementation of integrations with external systems (e.g., PMS providers, SMS platforms, pharmacy tech systems).
- Serve as the technical liaison with external engineering teams - including pharmacy partners, switch providers, SMS vendors, and enterprise clients.
- Own technical documentation for internal use and customer-facing engineering and implementation teams.
- Assist with maintaining and scaling Snowflake database and support creation of dashboards and reports.
- Design and optimize data architecture and infrastructure to support scalable, HIPAA compliant healthcare data workflows.
