The Product Manager - Digital Payments will lead the development of innovative payment solutions within the pharmacy industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and compliance.
Qualification
- Strong technical foundation in digital payments and omni-channel payment systems.
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, underwriting, and AML.
- Experience in managing product roadmaps and lifecycle for payment products.
- Ability to translate complex payment scenarios into user-friendly features.
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and design.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the payments product roadmap.
- Own the full lifecycle of payment-related products, including digital wallets and card processing.
- Translate pharmacy-specific cases into scalable product features and integrations.
- Partner with PMS systems and third-party payment processors for strategic integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements and develop user stories.
- Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new payment functionality.
