The Product Manager for Digital Pharmacy/TeleHealth will oversee the software development lifecycle for pharmacy and telehealth workflows, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. This role requires collaboration across various teams to enhance product offerings and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Qualification
- Experience in product management, particularly in healthcare or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and telehealth services
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, HITECH, and TCPA
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and customer success teams
- Experience in developing APIs and data integration solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibility
- Own the product roadmap for healthcare integrations and interfaces, aligning with company strategy and pharmacy partner needs
- Translate regulatory, technical, and business requirements into functional pharmacy workflows
- Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver APIs, data pipelines, and interface improvements
- Partner with compliance to ensure integrations adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, and other industry standards
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs
- Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new clinical/pharmacy features and functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback
