They are seeking Clinical Template Officers to join their Medical Knowledge Team, supporting clinicians in using their AI product by creating customizable document templates and providing customer support. The company is experiencing rapid growth and aims to expand its reach globally, starting with the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
Qualification
- Early career medical, nursing, allied, or mental health professionals are preferred; non-clinicians will not be considered.
- Availability of 30-38 hours per week, with preference for full-time candidates.
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously with accountability.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Highly motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with software tools like Notion, Loom, ChatGPT, and Intercom is advantageous but not required.
Responsibility
- Review clinical document examples and transform them into customizable templates compatible with Heidi.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Medical Knowledge teams to develop new templates during customer onboarding.
- Participate in training and education initiatives for users regarding template usage.
- Understand how clients use the product in their clinical practice and workflows.
- Engage with users to optimize and enhance existing templates based on their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer support by triaging and responding to user inquiries.
- Learn to use various AI and software tools to improve efficiency.
