Qualification
- Experience in avionics systems engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of communication systems and architectures.
- Ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders including government and industry partners.
- Experience in system design and development processes.
- Familiarity with modern technologies relevant to airborne communication systems.
Responsibility
- Define the end-to-end architecture for airborne communication systems including data, voice, and mission-critical data links.
- Collaborate with industry partners and platform teams to integrate emerging technology onto air platforms.
- Engage with partners, suppliers, and government stakeholders to align on standards and interoperability.
- Lead the system design and development of airborne and ground-based communication architectures using modern technologies.
- Drive the development stages of the system from definition to integration onto the platform.
