They are seeking a Systems Engineer to join their Chief Engineering team, responsible for developing AI-enabled electronic warfare capabilities for advanced fighter jets, ensuring software meets and exceeds customer requirements.
Qualification
- Experience in systems engineering and software development
- Strong understanding of requirements negotiation and validation
- Familiarity with electronic warfare systems or defense technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively with software engineering teams
- Experience in risk management and technical risk assessment
Responsibility
- Negotiate system requirements with customers and derive high-level software requirements
- Validate high-level software requirements in collaboration with software leads
- Update traceability of system requirements to software development artifacts
- Establish clear technical product baselines in cooperation with configuration management
- Conduct regular technical risk board meetings with software engineering teams
- Lead system engineering activities from requirements negotiation to final system qualification and certification
