Qualification
- Expert level drafter with experience in Revit/AutoCAD.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- 5+ years experience with production homebuilding, option management, and documentation of master plan sets.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects through to completion.
- Subject matter expert capable of quickly establishing credibility in the domain.
Responsibility
- Leads implementation of buildings into the Higharc Editor.
- Manages task progress and gaps to completion for home delivery.
- Serves as point of contact for product lead for Builders, translating existing products and documents into compatible settings.
- Represents Higharc in technical pre-sales and ongoing technical support scenarios.
- Provides feedback as a subject matter expert in the use of the application.
- Provides technical support as needed to users of Higharc.
- Assists in defining requirements for the architecture/engineering teams.
- Provides QA/QC, logging bugs across the product, especially focused on the Editor product.
