They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of Higharc Studio, a browser-based CAD design tool, emphasizing strong technical leadership and expertise in frontend architectures and web graphics.
Qualification
- Deep experience in building and leading teams for complex 2D/3D applications in the browser.
- Strong technical background in frontend architecture, particularly with React, TypeScript, WebAssembly, and Web Workers.
- Proven expertise with graphics frameworks and CAD technologies such as Three.js and WebGL.
- Familiarity with geometric modeling, constraint solving, or real-time rendering pipelines.
- 3+ years of engineering management experience, including mentoring senior engineers and scaling teams.
- Track record of delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Passion for developing sophisticated 2D/3D tools in the browser.
Responsibility
- Lead the design, planning, and delivery of engineering projects within Higharc Studio.
- Collaborate with the Building Generation team to integrate the building model and computational geometry into an interactive environment.
- Drive architectural and technical decisions for frontend systems to ensure performance and maintainability.
- Balance rapid iteration with systematic improvements to quality and technical debt reduction.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Partner with product and design leaders to translate creative vision into scalable tools.
- Shape and champion processes that sustain speed without sacrificing craftsmanship.
