The role requires expertise in Java, Python, or Kotlin, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a development team. The position is hybrid and based in Hyderabad, focusing on delivering complex features and driving technical initiatives.
Qualification
- 10+ years of proven expertise in product development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and system design expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, or Kotlin (expert in at least one).
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
Responsibility
- Lead product development initiatives and deliver complex features with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Own and deliver key product features end-to-end.
- Play lead/architect roles for the features/modules owned.
- Collaborate across multiple technologies, platforms, and programming languages.
