Homebase is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Growth to lead the strategy and execution of customer onboarding and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on converting visitors to paying users and enhancing customer experiences through AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive product management experience and a strong background in growth strategies.
Qualification
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth and customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Proven success in scaling customer onboarding and engagement experiences that drive revenue outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.
- Strong track record of managing and mentoring Product Managers.
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for product development and experience building AI-powered customer experiences.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with expertise in using data to inform decisions.
Responsibility
- Own the customer’s first 60-day experience, defining product strategy and roadmap for onboarding and activation.
- Manage all product aspects of freemium to paid user conversions and upsell strategies.
- Drive company-level impact on new customer revenue goals by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership.
- Set long-term vision and execution path for growth and onboarding, including AI-enabled customer experiences.
- Lead complex cross-functional initiatives, aligning executives and teams across Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a small team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with growth priorities.
- Establish KPIs, run experiments, and leverage data for continuous improvement in conversion and retention.
- Serve as a thought leader in applying AI-first approaches to product development.
