The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both backend and frontend development, contributing to strategic AI initiatives and enhancing customer experience. Qualification
- 5+ years of meaningful experience with backend and frontend development
- Proficient with backend development frameworks and languages (RoR, Python, NodeJS, etc.)
- Proven practical experience developing and deploying features leveraging LLMs, including prompt engineering, evaluation strategies, and performance optimization
- Experienced with at least one of the following: React, Angular, AngularJS, Vue
- Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- Team player with an awesome attitude
- Passionate about leveraging AI tools and technologies to build smarter, more efficient user experiences
Responsibility
- Play a critical role in HoneyBook’s strategic AI initiatives, influencing product vision and customer experience
- Live and breathe the entire HoneyBook codebase, from the backend bytes to the frontend bits
- Own your features from product design, through tech design all the way to production and customer usage
- Work as part of a Full Stack agile squad, working in high velocity, delivering great quality
- Inspire others. Lead by example and ensure users receive a fabulous experience
