The role involves building and testing new ad features, developing APIs, and contributing to a Javascript SDK for B2B partners. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in full-stack development and a passion for creating impactful advertising solutions.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record of building and shipping complex, user-facing web applications.
- Expertise in a modern backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Go).
- Proficiency in a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, Svelte).
- Deep proficiency in Javascript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of API development and integration.
Responsibility
- Lead the development of new ad features and formats, from concept to execution.
- Implement and test new ad experiences on Hopper’s website, serving as the proving ground for features that will be scaled to partners.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs that serve ad content, handle user interactions, and collect performance metrics.
- Develop the client-side Javascript SDK to help partners integrate HTS Media ad products seamlessly.
- Set the standard for high-quality code, performance, and reliability for all web-facing technologies.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions and provide technical guidance.
