Qualification
- Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot framework
- Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture
- Experience with data pipelines, Kafka, and SQL
- Knowledge of Kubernetes for service infrastructure
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Experience in software development lifecycle management
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibility
- Develop containerized microservices for a distributed multi-tenant system
- Mentor junior engineers, new-grads, and interns
- Write code primarily in Java using the Spring Boot framework
- Work with data pipelines using Kafka/SQL
- Own critical features and subsystems throughout the software development lifecycle
- Manage operational aspects of the system
- Ensure quality through early developer testing and performance testing
- Collaborate with Product Management to refine requirements
