Qualification

- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed system architecture
- Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and CI/CD practices
Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex, high-performance backend systems
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
