Qualification
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
- Proven experience with APIs and database systems like MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in software development with demonstrated growth and impact.
Responsibility
- Design and develop with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class experiences for customers and partners.
- Write scalable and testable code while implementing comprehensive end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate on architectural planning for new features, services, APIs, and external provider integrations.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance cardholder experiences, boost revenue opportunities, reduce engineering costs, and drive growth.
- Troubleshoot production issues across several micro-services during on-call assignments.
