Qualification
- Exceptional proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or similar languages
- Extensive experience architecting complex distributed systems
- Proven track record designing and delivering mission-critical systems at massive scale
- Advanced knowledge of sophisticated data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization techniques
- Deep expertise with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with advanced CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and infrastructure-as-code
- Exceptional proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and complex problem-solving abilities
Responsibility
- Architect and lead the development of secure, reliable, and scalable backend systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple teams and projects
- Establish and champion coding standards, architectural principles, and technical direction for the engineering organization
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
- Drive continuous optimization of system performance, scalability, and reliability to support rapid growth and evolving business demands
- Own complex, high-impact projects and initiatives end-to-end
- Drive the evolution of developer experience through advanced tooling and platform reliability improvements
- Mentor and develop engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
