The Software Technical Test Lead at indie will lead the Automotive Radar Software verification process, transitioning from external to in-house testing. This role involves defining and executing software verification strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO 26262
Asil B
and Automotive SPICE 4.0 CL2, and driving test automation and CI/CD integration.
Qualification
- Experience in software verification for automotive applications.
- Strong understanding of ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE standards.
- Proficiency in test automation and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with embedded software and low-level drivers.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Responsibility
- Own and lead embedded software verification activities from planning through execution and reporting.
- Develop and enforce verification strategies, guidelines, and safety compliance procedures.
- Lead and mentor the software verification team across component, integration, and system-level testing.
- Ensure verification of safety requirements in accordance with ISO 26262 ASIL B.
- Drive test automation, CI/CD integration, and performance/stress testing efforts.
