Italic is a luxury brand focused on creating a new model for delivering high-quality goods directly to consumers. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing strategies, managing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related roles
- Working experience with marketing tools (CRM, email platform, Google Analytics, Google Ads)
- Bonus if experienced with e-commerce platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, Magento)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Creative with a test and learn attitude
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
Responsibility
- Support the Marketing Lead in coordinating and executing brand, direct-response, and retention marketing strategies
- Assist with developing, tracking, and optimizing marketing budgets and forecasts
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across campaigns
- Manage marketing campaigns from ideation through execution across digital channels
- Create, coordinate, and deliver marketing assets in collaboration with designers and copywriters
- Help launch new product drops, seasonal campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and email performance
- Build dashboards and detailed reports to share results and recommend optimizations
- Assist with execution and logistics around events, photoshoots, webinars or pop-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals
