The role involves hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and creating efficient processes to enhance productivity. This full-time position is based in San Mateo, CA, with a flexible work-from-home option one day a week.
Qualification
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering
- 2 years of engineering management experience
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or related discipline
- Excellent programming skills in Java or another object-oriented language
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Exceptional analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Passion for improving education through technology
