The role involves mastering Vanta's value proposition, utilizing sales tools, and coordinating meetings for account executives. Qualification
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating sales role
- Ability to manage the current outbound sales engine
- Self-starter who enjoys creating processes and procedures for a scaling business
- Highly empathetic to prospects and a strong brand representative for Vanta
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making a large impact at a start-up
Responsibility
- Understand Vanta’s value proposition and product
- Identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting and develop sequences in Outreach
- Coordinate meetings on account executives’ calendars and log activities
- Counter objections effectively and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and technical skills
