Responsibility
- Monitor and coordinate daily delivery operations in real-time
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules using proprietary systems
- Allocate resources effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
- Track and analyze delivery KPIs (on-time performance, first-attempt success rates)
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate solutions
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Serve as primary contact for delivery drivers and field teams
- Resolve delivery exceptions and customer service escalations
- Collaborate with warehouse and sorting centers to ensure smooth handoffs
- Document and report recurring operational challenges
