Qualification
- 2+ years of progressive HR administrative or support experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or storage-related companies in Europe.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent language proficiency in English.
Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding general HR policies, procedures, and services.
- Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Coordinate with external service providers to ensure efficient delivery of HR-related services.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and address any service-related issues.
- Support recruitment.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
