JD.com, a leading global e-commerce company, is looking for a Senior UX Designer to enhance the user experience for millions of consumers in Europe. The role involves leading UX processes and collaborating with various teams to improve the online shopping journey.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Lead all UX process activities including discovery, design sprints, sketching, wire-framing, and service/customer mapping.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand and define customer problems and to build testable hypotheses that improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with different disciplines including UI designers, researchers, engineers, UX writers, service designers, product managers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to explore, build and deliver designs.
- Work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged and design acumen is demonstrated through design end-to-end product ownership.
- Earn trust with key partners to develop a shared vision through excellent storytelling, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
