Qualification
- Proven experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing relationships with creators and KOLs.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to content creation and brand storytelling.
Responsibility
- Own and grow our official social media channels, including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and YouTube.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across European markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators and KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
- Create campaign briefs and content guidelines that drive consistent, high-performing content.
- Develop a centralised content calendar across platforms and markets, working closely with design and creative teams.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to spot opportunities for innovative influencer collaborations and content strategies.
- Track and analyse performance across influencer and social media campaigns, using data to optimise and report ROI.
- Align strategies and execution with internal business partners and regional teams, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
