Qualification

Responsibility
- Manage overall operations of the inbound/outbound team including employee efficiency, training, and management
- Coordinate customer delivery appointments and on-site dispatch
- Participate in unloading, acceptance, and shelving operations
- Handle all exceptions and communications related to inbound processes with clients
- Provide value-added services such as labeling and product processing
- Track and manage inventory
- Inspect warehouse to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-effective workflows
- Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity
- Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly
