Qualification
- Experience in warehouse/logistics; leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and safety standards.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- German required; English is a plus.
Responsibility
- Lead and support warehouse staff in daily tasks (inbound/outbound, picking, packing).
- Monitor performance and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
- Communicate with supervisors and contribute to process improvements.
