Qualification
- At least 3 years of leadership experience and 8 years as an engineer
- Experience managing skilled developers
- Proven experience in Python, Go, or Java
- Experience in developing scalable, concurrent, low-latency systems
- Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, and Microservices architecture
- Strong track record in delivering software projects
- Experience in architecture and implementation of distributed systems
Responsibility
- Lead a team of 4-6 developers on complex systems
- Manage multiple development projects from design to release
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Drive stakeholders to deliver on time and meet quality standards
- Make key decisions for successful implementation of initiatives
