As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in engineering decisions, enhancing search functionalities, and improving user experience. The role involves designing and implementing product features using modern technologies, particularly in the realm of large language models (LLMs).
Qualification
- Experience building projects from scratch, such as startups or features
- Strong ownership of projects and a hands-on approach
- Ability to work quickly and learn through building
- Demonstrated excellence in education or work experience
- Familiarity with core technologies in the tech stack, including Next.js and AWS
Responsibility
- Optimize the ranking of profile results in the search engine
- Develop new filters and data sources for enhanced search capabilities
- Enhance user experience during the initial sign-up process
- Design, build, and ship product features from end to end
- Fine-tune models to extract insights from user profiles
- Build feedback loops to improve search queries
