Responsibility
- Build and lead the Emerging Talent Program in fund administration.
- Oversee staffing and capacity management, forecasting hiring needs with the leadership team.
- Hire, onboard, and train team members on fund accounting and internal procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to direct reports.
- Design and execute initiatives to improve team satisfaction based on employee engagement surveys.
- Partner with the enablement team to enhance training processes and learning content.
- Ensure high-quality fund administration service delivery.
