Responsibility
- Work with Engineers, Design, and Product Managers to prioritize, schedule, and execute projects for developing and shipping new features
- Partner with Product to define and execute the team’s long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap, including setting goals and measuring progress
- Communicate and coordinate with other teams to understand requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Mentor and grow the engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment
- Oversee project timelines and ensure successful delivery of features to customers
