Responsibility
- Assist in renewal strategies and reporting support for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance across multiple national carriers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide direction to underwriting staff, sales teams, and other departments on new business underwriting and rating principles.
- Drive achievement of business goals through sophisticated underwriting policies and initiatives.
- Architect and lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects, fostering partnerships across the organization.
