Kaizen Gaming is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate the development of multiple Scrum teams, improve their agile practices, and ensure timely delivery of roadmap items. The role involves coaching team members, promoting Scrum principles, and optimizing team performance in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Qualification
- University or College Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment
- Understanding of technology - Language and Applications
- Strong facilitation skills, both verbal and written communication
- Ability to communicate clearly across technology and business teams
Responsibility
- Guide one or more Scrum teams
- Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely execution of roadmap items
- Promote Scrum / Agile principles and drive process improvements
- Coach Product Owners, team members, and business leaders
- Participate in knowledge sharing and promote best practices
- Remove impediments to optimize team performance
- Support agile team transformation and encourage adoption of agile values
- Capture and report team performance metrics
