Kaizen Gaming is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Technician to support employees in Athens and remote users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment for newcomers, and maintaining user accounts in a dynamic work environment.

Qualification

  • At least 1 year of experience providing IT technical support.
  • Customer-oriented mentality with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Troubleshooting experience in Microsoft and Apple ecosystems.
  • Good knowledge of Windows Operating systems and MS Office/G Suite applications.
  • Knowledgeable in conferencing and audiovisual systems.
  • Familiarity with standalone and network printers.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate.

Responsibility

  • Diagnose technical support/IT problems on desktops/laptops and provide effective resolutions.
  • Set up, install, and configure software and hardware for newcomers based on individual user needs.
  • Troubleshoot and support conferencing amenities in the office.
  • Provide regular communication to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
  • Carry out user account maintenance for new members, leavers, and role changes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
