Security Intelligence and Reporting Analyst at Klaviyo (London, hybrid) joining the Security Strategy and Governance team. You'll build source‑of‑truth dashboards, support security detection and response, and translate security telemetry into actionable risk insights to enable faster, better decision‑making.
Qualification
- Experience in security analytics, security operations, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage dashboards and metrics for enterprise security or IT.
- Strong data engineering and BI skills, including data ingestion from APIs and working with security telemetry.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouses and data modeling.
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create and maintain dashboards.
- Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills to work with security and engineering teams.
- Based in London, UK, with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in‑office per week).
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage data analytics and reporting dashboards for the Global Security Services (GSS) organization, ensuring reliable source‑of‑truth metrics.
- Ingest data from multiple source systems via APIs and ETL processes to populate security dashboards and metrics.
- Triaging, enriching, and escalating security detections in collaboration with the Security Intelligence Operations (SIO) team.
- Build and maintain security telemetry pipelines to monitor risk, incident outcomes, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Security Risk and Trust, Security Product and Development, Global Protection Services, and Global Technology Solutions to align initiatives with the CISO vision.
- Deliver regular reporting to security leadership, define metrics and KPIs, and automate reporting processes where possible.
- Support day‑to‑day security operations by providing timely data‑driven insights and contributing to incident response improvements.
