Qualification
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the Asia-Pacific market, particularly in Australia and New Zealand.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship and career development.
- Experience in developing and executing channel strategies, particularly in reseller partnerships.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business processes to enhance efficiency.
Responsibility
- Build, mentor, and lead a growing SMB partner team in Asia, ensuring both performance and career development.
- Own and expand Klaviyo’s ANZ partner portfolio, driving retention, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
- Develop and execute a reseller channel strategy for Asia, enabling scalable market entry and expansion.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales, marketing, and product leaders to align partner activities with APAC go-to-market priorities.
- Establish scalable partner enablement programs to strengthen co-selling and partner-led revenue motions.
- Embed AI-first practices across partner workflows, enabling the team to work smarter, automate routine tasks, and scale impact as the business grows.
- Manage accurate forecasting and reporting of partner performance.
