Responsibility
- Manage client onboarding and verification activities, including KYC documentation review and validation.
- Handle funding and general client inquiries via email and live chat.
- Support remediation initiatives by guiding clients through document resubmission and re-verification processes.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or suspicious documentation to compliance and risk management teams.
- Address client inquiries related to application status, account upgrades, and verification requirements.
