Responsibility
- Manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWIs)
- Deliver white-glove relationship management and personalized trading enablement
- Identify new opportunities to deepen client engagement
- Scale and execute the VIP program to enhance client experience
- Shape the definition of a 'white gloves' experience for Kraken's HNWI clients
