LAP Coffee is seeking an Area Manager in Munich to lead the expansion of their specialty coffee brand. The role involves overseeing store operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience in the retail food and beverage sector, with a focus on operational excellence and team collaboration.
Qualification
- At least 7 years of leadership operational experience in retail F&B.
- Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with retail F&B metrics and performance management.
- Experience with employee performance management and incentive programs.
- Willingness to travel for exploring new locations and partnerships.
Responsibility
- Oversee store operations including staffing, sales, P&L, and customer satisfaction.
- Transform LAP into the largest coffee retail brand by 2025.
- Collaborate with Founders and City Manager on project planning and business growth strategies.
- Facilitate Area Meetings to encourage open and collaborative business planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
