Qualification
- 2-4 years of leadership experience in gastronomy, retail, or food & beverage.
- Experience in team leadership, inventory management, and operational business.
- Ideally, a background in coffee or specialty food.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibility
- Lead the first LAP stores in Munich, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales, P&L, and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
- Ensure operational excellence across all locations under your responsibility.
- Build relationships within the community to strengthen the brand locally.
- Plan staff schedules efficiently to ensure smooth shift coverage.
- Train the team on products, service standards, and company culture.
- Ensure product quality and freshness in all offerings.
- Implement waste management strategies to minimize overproduction and waste.
