Qualification

  • Experience in handling complex complaints, preferably in motor finance
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize workloads based on business and customer needs
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Experience in a regulated motor finance environment is a plus

Responsibility

  • Handle complex complaints related to motor finance and secured products
  • Build relationships with customers and internal departments to understand friction points
  • Assess and critique evidence to make fair and comprehensive decisions
  • Manage multiple third parties and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Promote clear and concise communication to enhance customer understanding
