Qualification
- Experience in handling complex complaints, preferably in motor finance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize workloads based on business and customer needs
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Experience in a regulated motor finance environment is a plus

- Handle complex complaints related to motor finance and secured products
- Build relationships with customers and internal departments to understand friction points
- Assess and critique evidence to make fair and comprehensive decisions
