- Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards to deliver polished transcripts.
- Handle audio of varying quality and multiple speakers, noting any inaudible or unclear segments.
- Meet agreed deadlines in a remote, freelance setup.
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with privacy requirements.
- Collaborate with the team for onboarding, feedback, and clarification as needed.
- Review and revise transcripts based on quality checks and feedback.
