Enterprise IT Engineer

LMArena is seeking a hands-on Enterprise IT Engineer to design, secure, and scale their IT systems, focusing on identity and access management, endpoint security, and collaboration infrastructure. As the first dedicated IT hire, this role will shape the company's IT foundation and ensure a secure, automated environment. The position is full-time and based in San Francisco, California.
Qualification
- Experience with identity and access management tools like Okta
- Proficiency in managing SaaS tools, particularly Google Workspace
- Familiarity with endpoint management solutions such as Intune and CrowdStrike
- Knowledge of secure connectivity solutions like Cloudflare
- Experience in scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Strong understanding of IT and security policies and incident response
Responsibility
- Shape identity and access foundation by managing user lifecycles through Okta (SCIM, SSO, Workflows)
- Enforce MFA with FIDO2 hardware keys and automate provisioning and governance
- Oversee SaaS and collaboration tools, administering Google Workspace and third-party apps
- Manage devices and endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android via Intune and CrowdStrike Falcon
- Maintain secure connectivity for distributed teams using Cloudflare One
- Partner with security leadership on tool selection, vendor management, and incident response
- Automate and optimize workflows using Okta Workflows, Google APIs, or scripting
