Lovable is seeking a Platform Engineer to enhance and scale its developer experience, ensuring efficient engineering workflows. The role involves improving developer velocity and system reliability, working with a diverse tech stack, and contributing to a company that empowers users to build software easily.
Qualification
- 7+ years of experience working in a platform team supporting developer experience (o11y, CI/CD, application frameworks, productivity tooling, etc).
- Strong programming skills with a track record of improving developer velocity and system reliability.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure practices.
- Experience writing code and tools to support growing engineering organizations in scale-ups.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems as they arise.
Responsibility
- Own and scale the developer experience at Lovable, making engineering teams highly productive.
- Bring order and structure to the code base.
- Integrate or build application frameworks to support a growing engineering organization.
- Own and develop the observability stack, from code instrumentation through ingestion to presentation.
- Integrate tools for AI-driven development.
- Identify and drive reliability improvement efforts across all engineering teams.
