This role involves troubleshooting user issues, capturing insights, and improving support processes. The position is available as a 3-month contract with potential for extension, and can be performed remotely in Sweden or on-site in Lund.

Responsibility
- Become a Lovable expert by understanding every part of the product
- Provide delightful support by solving a wide range of user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity
- Troubleshoot and escalate effectively by investigating bugs and unexpected behavior
- Improve the support stack by keeping the internal knowledge base up to date
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to ensure user feedback drives product direction
