Lovable is seeking a Product Experience Specialist to provide exceptional user support and enhance product experience. This role involves troubleshooting user issues, capturing insights, and improving support processes. The position is available as a 3-month contract with potential for extension, and can be performed remotely in Sweden or on-site in Lund.

Qualification

  • User-first mindset with a focus on improving user experience
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and warm interactions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
  • Experience in B2C SaaS customer support (bonus)
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom and AI tools like Claude (bonus)

Responsibility

  • Become a Lovable expert by understanding every part of the product
  • Provide delightful support by solving a wide range of user problems with speed, warmth, and clarity
  • Troubleshoot and escalate effectively by investigating bugs and unexpected behavior
  • Improve the support stack by keeping the internal knowledge base up to date
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to ensure user feedback drives product direction
