Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, QA engineering, solutions engineering, or similar technical background.
- Curiosity about AI prompting, multi-agent systems, and automation.
- Strong bias towards action and a willingness to take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize and unblock oneself with minimal guidance.
- Experience thriving in early-stage, chaotic environments.
Responsibility
- Design and orchestrate agentic workflows using AI prompting and Magical’s multi-agent platform.
- Act as a technical bridge between customers and Magical’s product and engineering teams.
- Capture real-world feedback from customers and translate it into platform improvements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across deployments, integrations, and performance optimizations.
- Build tools, documentation, and reference implementations to accelerate customer rollouts.
