Magical is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive business growth by identifying and generating new business opportunities. The company focuses on integrating AI into the workplace to enhance productivity and improve outcomes, particularly in healthcare. The SDR will work closely with sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and set up meetings for account executives, contributing to the company's ambitious growth targets.
Qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role, preferably selling automation solutions, with experience in healthcare and/or IT being a plus.
- A consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM, sales engagement tools, and social media platforms for prospecting and outreach.
- Resilience, a consistently positive attitude, and a growth mindset are essential for success in this role.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibility
- Proactively identify and research potential clients and key decision makers through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.
- Drive outbound prospecting activities via cold calling, email, and social media to qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and positioning Magical’s solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain CRM records for all leads and prospects.
