Qualification
- Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work outside in weather extremes for extended periods of time.
Responsibility
- Sell tickets at the front gate.
- Direct guests to parking locations and fields.
- Accurately balance gate bank prior to starting the gate shift and reconcile at the end of each shift.
- Verify all ticket envelopes have the correct number of tickets.
- Answer questions and resolve issues for guests; provide superior guest service.
- Effectively communicate to VIP’s and special guests.
- Other duties as assigned by Coordinator, Guest Services.
